The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BCRCAT resolved to introduce a compulsory Provident Fund for the sector. The parties will negotiate the terms for the implementation of the above resolution in their forthcoming collective barganing negotiations for the new agreements.

• The BCRCAT has resolved to establish a voluntary Medical Aid for the sector.
  
  
• The current Funeral Scheme will continue as administered by Metropolitan untill further notice.
